The non-smoking guest apartment (approx. 75 m²) is lovingly furnished, is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 – 4 people. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and microwave. A bedroom with two single beds, a combined bedroom/living room with two single beds. A travel cot (60 x 120 cm) and a high chair are available. A floor-to-ceiling shower room with glass walls/glass door, a dining room with 4 seats and a living room with a sofa, armchair, table, radio,
TV with internet connection ( with your personal access data access to Netlix, amazon prime, Google ect.) and high-speed WiFi access.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Parking space in front of the house.

The apartment is in a quiet residential street. From the nearby S-Bahn station (S 4 and S 5) you are in 6 minutes
(2 stations) directly in the city center of Hanover at the main station. The Hanover Fair can be reached with the S-4 in 15-18 minutes. With the bus line 136 you can reach the Herrenhäuser Gardens in 8 minutes. In the immediate vicinity (approx. 300 meters) there are three local suppliers, ALDI, REWE and Netto (grocery stores).

Arrival should be no later than 8:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. or by arrangement
